We are bringing hundreds of international students/workers in each season to join the Cultural
Exchange program called "Work and Travel/Training" as well as H2B worker visa program". They
will be living and working in Hawaii for 3-6 months. We guarantee all year round tenants by our
students/employees continuously.

We truly appreciate your warm welcome on behalf of all students for giving a great opportunity for
them to explore Hawaii by joining us. Our company will signs the lease as your tenant. We will
sublease your property to our employees only. We will deduct housing rent from their paycheck.
Therefore, our company will be the one who’s responsible for monthly rent and all damages.

The properties at affordable price are what we are looking for our employees. There shall allow
3-4 people per bedroom. Housing Cost: From $300 to $400 plus utilities. These is monthly price
per person. Property should be furnished with all appliances such as fridge, kitchen, stove,
microwave and etc. Laundry facilities may provide in property or at least must be in walking
distance.

Oahu : Waikiki, Kapolei, Kailua, Kaneohe, Pearl City and Waipio Gentry
Maui : Lahaina, Kahului, Kihei
Big Island : Kailua-Kona, Waikoloa Resort
